What happens if I am not satisfied with the services ?

We offer a 100% refund if you are not satisfied with our services, no questions asked. Your refunds will be processed within 30 days.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes, we offer a 20% discount for annual payments on both the plans.

Is there a lock in period for your plans ?

No. Our plans run on 30 day rolling. So you can keep renewing as long as you like to work with us and when you want to terminate our services, please give us a 30 day notice.

Which Marketplaces does your service focus on ?

Our primary marketplace of focus is Amazon USA. But we also help with Amazon CA, UK and EU.

What Happens once I sign a contract with you ?

We will do a full audit of your Amazon Store and make an initial growth plan. Then we will have a strategy session where we will discuss the growth plan with you and then come up with final growth blueprint. Once the blueprint is ready, we will get down to implementing it. We will have weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings to discuss and review the process.
